HOW CAN I BUY IN THE STORE?

HOW WILL I RECEIVE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 working hours in provincial capitals and 48 working hours in the rest of the national territory. If the shipment is international you can consult the different delivery times here.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED IN CINCO JOTAS?
In our online store you can pay by credit or debit card, Bizum and PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED IN THE CINCO JOTAS STORE SECURE?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED? AND CANCEL IT?

We cannot make gift packaging beyond the formats that we already sell with special packaging, however, we do have cards on which we can print the message you prefer at a cost of €2.42. We also confirm that the delivery notes of delivery that accompany the order always go unvalued.
FORMATS FOR SALE
In many of our products you have 2 formats available to buy the same product, for example: 1 sliced vs a box of 12 sliced. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN?

WHICH PLACES CAN I SEND MY ORDERS?
From Cinco Jotas we can send any product available on the website to the entire Spanish territory, including the island territories, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to the rest of the EU. When you select the shipping area, the store will show you only the products available for shipping to that area.
