SHIPPING


  • The Store may offer Customers different types of shipping methods. The availability of different shipping methods will depend on different factors, such as the Store's own decision to offer or not offer a certain shipping method, the type of Product and other factors. The Store does not guarantee the availability at all times of different shipping methods.

  • When, depending on the above factors, there are various shipping methods, these may be, among others, the following:
    • A) Normal Shipping.
    • A) Express Shipping.

  • The Client will select the delivery method they prefer from among those available.

  • In the purchase process, the transportation costs corresponding to the chosen delivery method and the foreseeable delivery time will be indicated to the Client.

  • Home delivery address: In the cases of Normal and Express Shipping, the Products purchased in the Store will be sent to the postal address indicated by the Customer. The postal address cannot be a post office box or public places, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports or other similar places. Once the shipping and billing information has been recorded, any changes to it must be made through sac_web@osborne.es. These changes may cause delays in delivery times. In this case, claims regarding shipping times will not be accepted.

  • The delivery time in the Normal Shipping mode will be between 1 and 3 business days in Spain (except the island territories, where the delivery time will be 10 business days), between 1 and 3 days in Portugal (except the island territories, where the delivery time will be 10 business days), and between 3 and 6 days in the rest of Europe. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays from the verification of the order, except due to force majeure, always taking into account that orders verified after the cut-off time (1:00 p.m.) will count as recorded the next day, since which cannot be prepared on the same day.

  • The delivery time in the Urgent Shipping modality will be within a maximum period of 24 hours in Spain and 72 hours in the rest of Europe, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays from the verification of the order, except due to force majeure, always keeping in mind that orders verified after the cut-off time (1:00 p.m.) will count as recorded the next day, since they cannot be prepared the same day.

  • These deadlines may vary depending on the unavailability of stock of items contained in the order, as well as specific dates of high activity, such as the Christmas campaign, and compliance with the published deadlines is not guaranteed. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for express shipping (or normal shipping for orders less than €60) be refunded if the deadline is not met during the Christmas period between December 1 and January 6.

  • In cases of Normal or Urgent Home Delivery, if delivery of the Product to the address indicated in the first attempt is rejected or not possible, a second attempt will be made on the same day or on successive days. If delivery is not possible in this second attempt, the Product will be returned to the Store. Transportation and return costs will be borne by the Client and the price of the Products that could not be delivered will be refunded using the same payment method that the Client used for the initial purchase.


RETURNS


  • Customers who purchase Products through the Store may cancel the purchase without having to justify their decision by withdrawing from the contract.

  • The return of the Product can be made through the Store, sac_web@osborne.es the Customer Service Client, where the steps to follow will be indicated.

  • The maximum period available to the Client to send their communication is 14 calendar days counting from the date on which they received the Products.

  • The Client must return the Products purchased in a perfect condition (neither damaged, nor dirty, nor opened), properly protected and in their original packaging.

  • Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during transport.

  • Once the Store has received the returned Products and after checking their good condition, the amount corresponding to the returned units will be refunded using the same payment method that the Customer used for the initial purchase.

  • The maximum period available to the Client to send their communication is 14 calendar days from the date on which they received the Products.

  • The return costs that may be charged to the Customer will amount to the equivalent of the corresponding ordinary mail transportation rate. However, depending on the nature of each Product this may be different.

  • The Store reserves the right to pass on any expenses incurred if the Product is not in perfect condition.

  • Withdrawal will not proceed when due to the very nature of the Products purchased it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages suffered, including, specifically: (i) Products made in accordance with the instructions or consumer specifications or that have been customized for the consumer; (ii) Products that have expired within the withdrawal period; (iii) Products that are not in perfect condition.
