Shipping
- The Store may offer Customers different types of shipping methods. The availability of various delivery options will depend on several factors, such as the Store’s decision to offer a particular shipping method, the type of Product, and other considerations. The Store does not guarantee that all shipping methods will be available at all times.
- When, based on the above factors, several shipping options are available, they may include, among others:
- A) Standard Shipping
- B) Express Shipping
- The Customer shall select the delivery method they prefer from those available. During the checkout process, the Customer will be informed of the corresponding shipping costs and estimated delivery time for the chosen method.

- For both Standard and Express Shipping, Products purchased in the Store will be delivered to the postal address provided by the Customer. The delivery address may not be a P.O. Box or public place such as a street, square, station, or airport. Once shipping and billing details have been submitted, any changes must be requested via sac_web@osborne.es. These modifications may cause delivery delays, and claims regarding shipping times will not be accepted in such cases.
- Delivery time varies depending on destination and delivery method:
Standard Shipping:
Between 1 and 3 working* days in Spain and Portugal (except island territories, where delivery takes up to 10 working days).
Between 2 and 4 working* days in the rest of Europe.
Express Shipping:
Maximum delivery time of 24 hours* within mainland Spain and Portugal.
*Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays are excluded from delivery times, which start counting from the moment the order is verified. Orders verified after the cut-off time (13:00 in Spain) will be processed the next working day.
- These timeframes may vary due to product unavailability or during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season. Delivery times are not guaranteed during this period (December 1st to January 6th), and no refund of shipping costs (whether standard or express) will be issued for delays.
- If home delivery (Standard or Express) cannot be completed or is refused at the provided address on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the same or following days. If the second attempt also fails, the Product will be returned to the Store. The Customer will bear the shipping and return costs, and the Store will refund the price of the Products using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Returns
- Customers who purchase Products through the Store may withdraw from the purchase without the need to justify their decision, thereby cancelling the contract.
- The return may be initiated through the Store’s Customer Service writing at sac_web@osborne.es where the necessary steps will be provided.
- The Customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to notify their decision to return.
- The Customer must return the Products in perfect condition (not damaged, soiled, or opened), properly protected, and in their original packaging.
- Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure it is securely packed and sealed to prevent damage during transport.
- Once the returned Products are received by the Store and their good condition verified, the refund for the returned units will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Return shipping costs chargeable to the Customer will be equivalent to the standard postal delivery rate unless otherwise specified due to the nature of the Product.
- The Store reserves the right to charge the Customer for any additional costs if the returned Product is not in perfect condition.
- The right of withdrawal will not apply when, due to the nature of the Products, it is impossible to do so, including but not limited to:
(i) Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
(ii) Products that have expired within the withdrawal period;
(iii) Products not returned in perfect condition.
